Mr. Conlay drafts a variety of trusts, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, living trusts, life insurance trusts, charitable or other specialized trusts. Trusts are drafted to specifically address the needs of each individual client based on their unique circumstances and wishes.
Mr. Conlay is experienced in providing advice to individuals and businesses regarding tax planning strategies. He represents individuals and businesses in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service, the Louisiana Department of Revenue and Taxation, and other taxing authorities. He is licensed to practice before all Louisiana and federal courts, including the United States Tax Court, and before various administrative courts including the Louisiana Board of Tax Appeals.
